- LEED DZ 430XXXX series are low value resistors designed for using as heating elements on stainless steel substrate. The first two XX plus 10 is resistivity. The unit is mΩ/□. The latter two XX plus 100 is TCR (the temperature coefficient of resistance). The unit is ppm/..It has features of big power intensity, high working temperature and small change of resistance after refiring. The resistivity of DZ430XXXX range from 50 mΩ/□ to 500 mΩ/□, the coefficient of temperature of resistance of resistance (TCR) range from 300ppm/°C to 3300 ppm/°C. Intermediate resistivities may be obtained by lending the two members of a TCR group. DZ430XXXX has the good compatibilities with LEED dielectric paste and conductor paste and can apply to alumina ceramic substrate for making thick film circuit.
