- FG550X series is an environmentally mesothermal temperatures overlay paste designed as designed as overlay or interbedded insulation. It is toxic element free up to European RoHS environmental regulation(2002/95/EC), and has good compatibilities with various ceramic substrates . It has features of good insulation, strong adhesive power, good dielectric performance and excellent printability. FG550X is designed for overlay of hybrid circuit, resistors networks, resistor plate, heating element, and sensitivity element.
